The Kemp's ridley is the rarest sea turtle in the world. Named after a Florida fisherman, present in the waters outside our door, and a favorite of our family for generations — they're also making one of the great comebacks in conservation history.

Who's behind it
Daniel Kemp, founder.
By day I'm a director at a global AI company, where I've watched the same pattern repeat across hundreds of customers: businesses drowning in disconnected tools, paying for software they don't use, running their best work on duct tape and spreadsheets.
The companies that broke out of that didn't buy more software. They built systems that fit how they actually work.
